Problems with links and the content page it links to

So this thing is a bit hard to explain, but basicly I have made a drop down box in the navbar of my CMS with couple of different link.

And then I made some static html pages.

And this works...

I have added a dropdown box to my menu, but using static pages bugs me off a little as when I first make it, I end up using html to show things...

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager ->...

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Select the group you want to Edit, and click Go.

Should be there under Blog Entry Permissions.
