Invoicing Through vB?

I know that vB can be used to charge member fees, but what about invoices? Is there a supported mod that can send invoices/bills to members on a regular and/or one-time basis?

In deleting this mod and doing a full reinstall, Spam-O-Matic now appears to work fine again! Totally...
