Is there Poll hack with unlimited options?

I need a poll with 1800 choices that identifies the person who casts the vote(s). Each pollster would have a maximum of 10 choices.

Thanks for the help...I just don't have time to spend an hour a day banning IP's...I have to resort to more drastic measures.
