Don't Bump if reply under x words

Hey there,

I'm looking for a mod that will make it so that threads in one forum will only be bumped a) by the original poster and/or b) if the reply is over 500 words. Is there a way to do this?

I did, but I'm assuming there may be a trouble with them being .gif instead of .png? Though I could try again if you don't think there should be an issue.
