Trying to edit the size of the "Login, Pass, Button"

When I edit the size of any of these, the size of the login button and the remember me checkbox is also affected... How can I seperate these so the login button isnt integrated with the same CSS?

Is it possible to create a Super-Moderator that DOES not have access to EVERY forum?
