How do i increase attachment size limit ?

it don't let me upload more than Current Attachments (457.8 KB) , its total size not filesize limit

it was related to tmp/ it had 12 gb still was...

it was related to tmp/ it had 12 gb still was giving strange error , Host created /tmp again and i ts all fixed now.

But on my forum , it redirect me to mysite.com/forum.php
