Exlorer Back Button Doesnt Work in IE/FF/Opera etc..

On our site, the back button does not work lately and haven't got a clue where to start.

Cannot Upload PNG files to Forum Passed Max Size

I get alot of complaints in my forums because posters say they have to always change to JPG as the max size is very small for png.

Can this be adjusted or fixed so people can upload png files...
