I've tried to install remove ALL redirects, by my adminfunctions.php doesn't have the code to remove, but yet I still have that redirect, so can someone help me with this one?

I've search a couple places for this and never get a real answer and some people say template mod and some say hack.. so basically I'm putting it here I wanted to get the active board users above...
