Could someone advise how to customize Page Title and Meta Description?

Currently they are set as the generic VB 4.0 descriptions. I want to change them to forum specific.

I faced the same problem yesterday, what I did was going to the admincp and change the uploaded file size to 100Mb, you can specify different size limits to different types of files, pdf, gif, etc....
