From the vBulletin Admin Control Panel > Style Manager > Click Go for the style > Under Sizes and Dimensions > Change Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) to 100%

I took the most recent ones off of the Skype...

I took the most recent ones off of the Skype website, gave them a black background with transparency.

Please let me know if there are any issues.

Well, I'm not particularly good at this type of stuff, but I gave it a try. I don't know that they are perfect, but they look a bit better on the black background to me.
