mobile browser does not show embedded youtube clip

I'm having an issue where the mobile theme is not showing the embedded youtube clip. On desktop version it will show it fine. However in the Mobile browser, it will only show the URL instead.

Is there an autodetect mobile pop up available?

I've seen them for vb3.x but I wanted people to choose to view as full screen or mobile style. Basically a pop up choosing an option that there is a mobile theme available and the user to choose.
