Rep Level Problem & Postbit Rep Image Query

Ok i have run into a little bit of a problem in regards to a users current reputation level.

Everyone has been set to "1" even though it says default level for new users is 10 in the reputation...

my image just cuts out when it reaches the end of the users info so straight after POSTS the image stops and does not use up all of the postbit legacy

im on vbulletin 4.1.3 could someone please...
