error in navbar

Hi folks, I recently added some code to my navbar template to add a second navbar and tabs. Trouble is, they are blocking the forum navigation links and are not aligned with the top of the template....

Hi, I'm looking for the code to add a second navbar to my forum. I've seen this on a couple of forums placed at the top of the forum template, not in the header.
