Maybe it's just my ISP? Everything else seems so much faster than my site... but as long as it loads fast for everyone else, that's what counts.

I was in the same boat... not much more cash to throw at it, but my site really needed an upgraded look. I ended up going with AAA Logo. It's inexpensive, but gives you TONS of logo options.
