Is there a mod or an option to make it so that users cannot download any files unless they have a certain number of posts? THanks

Thanks, hopefully I can get it to work... I went ahead and tried using vbulletin 3.8, but this version has a issue in the installation pages... its all black and white..

Help with connecting to MySQL

Okay, so I have tried over atleast 30 combinations trying to connect the mysql database.. I`ve practically tried everything.. I even did it to where I had no errors on the vbulletin installation......
