Allowed users to change styles, but nothing changes in FF

Allowed users to change styles, but nothing changes in FF

When the users are using IE, the styles change fine when they select it. When they are using Firefox, they select a new style and - nothing. Still the forum default. Any ideas?

Does anyone know what the anchor is if I wanted to reverse this? The users have their up arrow, now they want their down arrow to go to the last post on the page, not the last post of the thread...
