Specify default search type?

When you search on my forum, all sorts of results are returned - posts, forums, visitor messages, etc. Can anyone tell me how to make the default search just return actual posts?

I had someone create a custom style for me, but now they are unreachable and I can't figure this out...

On my forum home page, the background color of the 1st row for the 1st forum is a light gray...
