Cant see any changes in the admin panel regarding master reseting game scores and initialising challenges...

I installed this on my forum, Using VB 3.5.4 All admin CP worked OK, Nothing was changed at all, after editing the template and adding the code to the template... Uninstalled :-(

So just to confirm, You downloaded the 4 test...

So just to confirm,
You downloaded the 4 test files from the server link correctly, and they were not corrupted and they did not download as a file called Local_Links.PHP
