I know I already did this, but it reverted back after the last upgrade. All I want to do is decrease the height of the header. I know its somewhere in the styles, but I can't find it for the life...

When I am logged in as a admin, I can edit my Avatar. But regular members do not have the same option. Why, and how can I change it?

It would be cool if it could handle replies from other members. Just like it does on FB when someone replies to one of your comments. That was make the Mod awesome!
