(Using 4.2.2) I have no one banned. A unregistered browser can view everything but if he tries to reply to a posting without signing in he gets the harsh error message.

Admin CP side bar menu missing items

I have three administrators. Two of them and their control panels only show a few items on the side bar panel. One admin control panel displays all side bar choices.
