Help stop menu's overlapping

I've got an issue on top menu bar.

When forum width is reduced it appears top menu is floating down to menu below and causing text over lap.

Had the same issue with 4.1.11.

Just upgraded to 4.1.12 and all seems to be working again.

Unfortunately any members who registered on 4.1.11 didn't accept the rules and looks like they cannot...
