i.e if you called your Tab "FORUM" if the user clicked the word it would go forum.php. then if they clicked the arrow it would be dropdown menu

This has happened due to me upgrading our forum from 4.0.3 to 4.0.5. basically the upgrade didn't go exactly as I had planned (first time doing an upgrade). and it kinda killed my custom template.
