My forums used to work, but since the upgrade they now just display the @vbbanners:0@ where the banner was

Great mod thank you..has stopped over a 1000 spammers in 3 months.

Since the upgrade to 4.1.3 from 4.1 though I have noticed that the Ban user and report as spammer options are gone from the user...
