On our forum, we want to make sure our moderators/administrators get notified if a post goes with 0 replies for a certain amount of time.

Is there a plugin that does that?

We are running vBulletin v4.2, and I'm no longer able to see the Experience choice in the "Community" drop down. Nor can I enable the tab, etc.

What can I do to resolve that?
