My archive won't work

I have PHP as CGI. What should I do? Ask my host to recompile it? or find a hack, a way around this? I'm running 3.0

Any ideas?

Everything works, except the smilies won't show up in my shoutbox. Any ideas? What files or templates should I check?

There wasn't a smilie image path option in the stylevar image settings....

DB Problems...

Something is wrong with my database. Twice now it has gotten corrupt and what it does is it cuts off like the first 4 letter of each word, and then the dates and times get corrupted.

I fixed it...

Somehow, most of the content of my header file was deleted. I'm using plasma_expanded and if I revert back to the original, its the original purple header file.
