I tried enabling the "Can access control panel"...

I tried enabling the "Can access control panel" option for the Super Mods but when they go to the Admin CP, the user search nor the User navigation box is there for them. They have the user search...

I have looked all over the permissions in vbulletin and cannot figure out if there is a way to allow moderators to edit user profiles. Mainly user custom titles. I don't want users to be able to edit...
