a way to mass add categories and forums?

I need to add about 50 categories and 200 forums to my vbulletin 4.
Now they are on a Excel sheet, is there a faster way than add one per one?

I got fear to edit the mysql, so I'd like a script...

I've no clear idea on what is the best way to have 3 different forums for different users and if it's possible 3 different shoutboxes.

Something like:

subforums (open to all users)...
