i just changed the server it connects to in options to https://qwebirc.afternet.org and the mod works fine. If the cert gets updated on rizon i'll set it back.

I was unable to access thew admincp due to those errors so I couldn't use the fix above.
What I did was open includes/config.php and added
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to the file and saved.

There's probably not a whole lot you can do about proper grammar, however running spell check on the language phrases before releasing a mod would be helpful.

Worked ok for several days, then a few members...

Worked ok for several days, then a few members started to complain about not being able to access the forum. A day or so after that the mod caused the servers 4 gb memory to max out and freeze up...

I tried it on various styles as well as the default vb one.

The fix posted above works on both errors mentioned on this thread, installed on 4.1.5 PL1 with allow overwrite checked in the upload plug-in form.
