Move avatars to the file system - need some help

Hello,

i'm trying to move avatars from database to file system. Here is my path...

CMD_FILE_MANAGER/domains/forum.mydomain.com/public_html

Now i changed back and made everything black again in "Table Border in Admin Panel", you can now take a look and see...
