Change how user is display in thread

Inside a thread the user info and avatar are on the rightside this is default setting on vB 4.0. Im hoping someone can tell me how to move that to the top above the post and change the avatar size....

Post order is wierd...

when users are signed out the post order inside a tread is normal. opening post on top and posts going down under it. but when users are signed in its reverse...opening post on the bottom of the page...
