RSS Feed Duplicate Post

The RSS feed for my CMS content is releasing duplicate posts to Ping.FM. I asked for help from Ping.FM and they told me the <guid> element must be unique and not change. In my RSS feed it changes...

So lets say I'm viewing an article in the CMS and it has the tag "Awesome"... is it possible to have a widget that displays all the articles that are tagged "Awesome"?
