Need to be able to limit emails sent per hour

Hey! I'm going to re-launch an old forum so I would need to send out an email to all users once it's up. But the problem here is that my host won't allow me to send out more than 500 emails per hour...

What's this AD hack?

On http://board.rapbasement.com they have banner ads for the forum categories. You see where it says "Proudly Supported By:" and then there's a banner below.

Does anyone know what hack they are...

Statistics on every page?

I'm working on a new skin for my forum, and I'm going to have a left side menu that will appear on every page. And I want to have my forum statistics on this menu. But like it's now, they only work...

I'm running vb 3.6 Beta 2. And I upgraded/installed the arcade today.

But I'm getting this error on the main arcade page, it's not on any other pages.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Hmm it's kind of working when I use 'parse_templates'.

But it ads the links to the top of the page and not where I want the include to appear. Any guess on how to fix that?

Now when I try to edit a usergroup in the usergroup manager, all I get is:

"Rebuilt Bitfields Successfully"

And the page just refreshes...
