None of my screenshots or thumbnails are showing instead I get the noimage.png. In the directory where the files are kept the images and thumbs are there.

Can I suggest that you incorporate the "Banned Email Addresses" prior to the email form is sent.

This is a good mod but its missing one important element unless I have missed it.

You don't have a demote from usergroup. It wuld be handy to be able to select which usergroup is being demoted...
