problem is, all they would have to do is register...

problem is, all they would have to do is register another name and they could post like normal again. IP banning prevents this, and most of them dont know enough to use proxies

I run a pretty sizable board, and we have our share of troublemakers and sometimes I have to IP ban them. Sometimes even their whole ISP if they are on dialup. Anyways this causes problems for some...
