Using addon

I installed a new addon for picture resize, after I added it I was getting error mesg on most forums. I went into the plugin manager and removed the old plugins for VB 3.8 and the errors went away...

I have had my site running for a couple of weeks and now have questions coming from the board members on why when they make a post and then click on the "New Posts" button their post does not show...
