In the US there are Car Plates (License Plates) for each State... And most States have multiple Plate formats... Could easily reach 400 plates just for the US.

Some websites have a clickable add to favorites button for your browser. This would be a good mod for any forum. I am sure it would have to work on a few browsers. FF,IE,Opera,GC..

If I may suggest. Instead of editing the CSS templates and having revert issues for upgrades use the Extra CSS template. No code to revert or change when upgrading or updating.
