K double checked in the Navigation & Breadcrumb...

K double checked in the Navigation & Breadcrumb Templates > navbar section and the template hook that you are talking about is not in there.

Also the Ad management does not have a navbar inclusion...

OK I found 4 $template_hooks but none of them...
