Wondering where do you enable HTML for forums/threads of vbulletin 5.x.x

i cant seem to find setting for it .. it was in forum manager for vb 4.x.x ..

I asked host they took couple days to answer me...

I asked host they took couple days to answer me and said there is nothing on your server installed and they said its a coding issue ask your code developer ..

Still cant figure out why it is...

i backed up from old host and uploaded the backed up file to new host server .. then they restored it and said that it got errors .. i know it cant be because that back is fine . it must have problem...
