How to reinstall original vbulletin style

Some time ago I deleted the original style and I am having issues with the one I am using, where can I find the original so I can revert to it and trouble shoot where my issues are ?

error after 4.1.5 upgrade (whats going on )

After upgrading to 4.1.5 yesterday I have found a issue with "whats going on" it shows the correct members online but the most ever online is totally wrong, I also use the mod for who visited today...
