Help with this script

I am changing certain text to images that fall within these brackets [ ].

THe problem i am having is that sometime it will replace the text and sometimes it won't, also it is changing the text...

How to either get the Forum Tilte bar wider or

I would like to either widen the forum title bar or be able to have the discretion beside the Title separated by a : and the text not bold. Just like these forum titles.

Yes. in the user profile. where the About Me tab.

It creates the New tab in the profile fine. But it displays the information in the new tab in the About me tab as well.
