change "unregistered" to something else

hello everyone, i have enabled guests to post in my board, but i'd like to change the default "unregistered" name that appears when they want to post. how is this done? thanks.

i was just adjusting the forums and it's categories and this popped out of nowhere? anyone know the problem?
there's thread fields with nothing in them, just some gibberish on the far right.
