Nice mod, I installed it, VB 3.8, enabled the mod...

Nice mod, I installed it, VB 3.8, enabled the mod and no dice. I hover over the user name and nothing pops up. Pretty stupid question to ask without you having access to my admincp but any ideas?!

Yes 3.8 all updated. I am running that free vbseo mod that is out, but this was working fine for a while even with that mod. i dont know what happened this was just suddenly... any ideas?
