All Content Aligned Centrally

All the content on our forum is aligned centrally after the upgrade. It's fine with Google Chrome but not with Internet Explorer. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm not sure why the folder is there. It may be part of the V3Arcade that was installed previously. I'll check with our web host to be sure.

I just installed ibProArcade v2.7.0. on vbulletin 3.8.3. I followed the install instructions, however when I click on any of the Arcade sub menus under the admincp I get a "404 - not found" page....

I have turned on the setting on the External Data Provider but the RSS Manager isnt showing under the BB section.
