I'm attempting to show infraction reasons and the person who gave the infraction in postbit, but the following are returning nothing:
{vb:raw infractioninfo.reason}
{vb:raw infractioninfo.username}

I'm getting the same error as a previous poster, it isn't giving me a reason for an error, but it isn't backing up. Fresh install, by the way.

I fixed the problem by using "././backups/" instead...
