The only issue I have is when "Hide links from guests in threads / posts" is on, it hides the links in the actual post but the links in peoples...

Hmm, I've got the same issue. I used the Admin control panel to perform the rebuild but all videos have remained URLs.

Ed. Just needed to read a little higher and modify the file. Thanks guys...
