I went and disabled all products under manage products. If those are the only ones. But nothing changed, anymore ideas?

Not getting .xml files

Alright bear with me. I am either crazy, stupid, or right. But every time I download a program I do not get the xml. file.

It seems to me it is there but as .php file?

I know this does not...
