Im trying to find a simple way to add an announcement, (not sure if that is the right terminology), to my forum homepage.

I just want to be able to turn a message on, about once a month.

Hi, i was just trying to create a child style.

Now when i go to styles and language settings, virtually all the page is blank.

I just get 2 options, default language and default sytle.
