Correct me if I'm wrong Lynne - doesn't that allow me to change someones default notification to be, for example, weekly? This would then stop them getting Instant Notification wouldn't it?

We've made the "Company" field mandatory by defualt for registered users... is there a way to force it to display in a users profile, so that when they post you get their username plus their company...
