what? i tried a minute ago to put an avatr with dimensions: 507x310 and it didnt took it the error said that the avatar must be 200 x 150

In my forum i have a restriction that avatars must be maximum 200 by 150 pixels. And many users dont know how to resize their photo... Is there any way to resize automatic their avatar? by an option...
