How to color the Edit Settings button on Profile Sidebar

Hello all :)

I cannot for the life of me find how to edit the coloring of the Edit Settings button on the profile sidebar. Can anyone help? Screenshot attached. Thank you!

If I uninstall this, will it clear out all the history in the usercp? (So I could uninstall and then reinstall as a substitute for being able to prune the quote and tag notifications.)
